We love our dog, but it came unkempt and with parasites. Adoption: Our dog Luna was an early Christmas 2024 gift for our daughter in December. While the company in NY based, the dogs are shipped in from Ohio, which means you don't get to examine the dog before it's yours. Luna was supposed to come in the afternoon from Ohio and instead came at 5:30am on a Sunday morning. When she arrived she was shaking and smelled so awful so had to bathe and trim her hair right away. They also gave us a bag with what was supposed to be a "starter kit". This bag was a zip lock of dog food and some paper work to register her. Health Issues Although they claimed she had her shots, when we brought her to the vet because she had diarrhea, we found out she had parasites and an eye infection! Now 4 months later, we still have health issues which have prevented us from even talking her for a walk. Also, the company doesn't reimburse you for the medical issues, even through they claim they do. We love Luna, she is beautiful and has a great disposition, but if they had given us our dog in better health condition that would have made our and the dogs life easier. Next time I recommend not getting a dog sight unseen.

I can’t thank this place enough, I had a difficult time finding the breed I wanted in my area and did not think I would have a puppy so soon. Then I found Central Park puppies and here is my puppy!! Exactly as described on the site and they deliver your dog to your home!! This really helped make the whole process so smooth and gets the animals a home I feel. I was hesitant with many other sites and places there was always something but this place seemed so legit I went with it and the staff was so kind and walked me through everything and now I have my girl. My family and I are so blessed 😇 thank you!!!! 🙏

As soon as I purchased the puppy the next day Ash gave me a call and confirmed everything, and gave me lots of advice. Sandy went over all the delivery information and everything went super smooth. My puppy showed up at my door and it was so so easy. I would recommend them to anyone. Do not be scared that this is a scam, they are legit! ❤️
